I met Vince through a mutual friend when looking to purchase my first property in the San Diego-North County area. moving to a new area from out of state, you hope you can kind a person that will help you above and beyond just find a home for you. Well we found him, Vince Barna. My wife, being a wheelchair person, needs special parameters in a home and Vice went to work trying to find the right home for us. We purchased our home sight unseen in person. Vince did all the work. Took endless videos, zoom calls, you name it, this man did it. Our budget was limited and he managed to find the right home for us. Vince is an outstanding real estate agent & overall an excellent person in general. My husband is currently serving in the Marine Corps and we have been stationed in California for over 4 years, we decided it was time to buy a house instead of renting. I really can’t say enough positive things about Vince and his team at FAM realty. He and his team helped sell my house (after a contentious divorce) and he dealt with the difficulties that come along with that with so much grace, the ability to problem solve absolutely ANYTHING, and also a great sense of humor - but mostly I trusted that my house was in great hands and I felt like anything he was doing or recommending was what he would do for his family.
